WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE NEW ONLINE APPLICATION?
The purpose of online application is to provide early provisional registration to new intakes (students), standardize and also expand the enrollment process within the College.

- Look for student portal login/application and click on it (website: www.eec.edu.za)
- Click on interest studying here
- Populate information
MB: The student will be required to populate subjects and the symbols for the highest grade passed.

Provide the applicant with all application information and relevant documentation required to apply. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS: Provision of placement test and career advice to all applicants Assist the prospective student to apply for the bursary then refer him/her to the Programme Allocation. THE PLACEMENT TEST
Provision of placement test and career advice to all applicants
- All prospective students will undergo a compulsory selection process. The College will administer a selection and placement/assessment test as this would assist in the correct placement of students into relevant programmes. This is to ensure that prospective students are placed in an appropriate programme of which they have the necessary capabilities, and will also enable the College to identify those learners requiring additional support.
- No student will be accepted or admitted into EEC without undergoing the placement test process. The selection and placement test is also used to identify student who may require onward referral or learning and academic support.
- The placement test is divided into 3 sections namely, 1. English 2. Maths 3. Placement
BURSARY CENTRE
Assist the prospective student to apply for the bursary then refer him/her to the Programme Allocation.
NSFAS REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS:
- 3 X ID Copies of Applicant
- 2 X ID Copies of Parents/Guardian
- Parent/Guardian payslip or sworn affidavit in the event that they are unemployed.
- 2 X Proof of Address/Residence
- 2 X Applicant Academic Results
PROGRAMME ALLOCATION
Provide prospective students with required enrolment forms and allocate class group.
DATA CAPTURING DESK
- Finalize capturing and assist prospective students in obtaining study materials.
