There is an announcement pertaining protection of personal information for all our students. South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) came into effect as on the 1 July 2021. The POPIA has been implemented to protect how your data is used and stored in our systems.
Consistent with our obligation to protect our client’s personal information and as stipulated under the POPIA we would like to assure you that all your details (names and email addresses) are stored safely on our database.
The POPIA also speak to us as a College contacting you for Marketing purposes, for announcement of important dates and for other announcement regarding events at EEC.
If you want to remain on our contact list and continue receiving information from the College, no action is required from you.
