She completed her N6 in June 2014 from there she did her Work Integrated Learning in 2014 September to February 2016 at KwaThema Campus. In August 2018 Ms. Nompumelelo Mcira Graduated with N-Diploma in Management Assistant. Ms. Nompumelelo Mcira who testify to would have struggled to find employment after graduating, she ended up doing voluntary work and part-time work to keep busy and maintain a positive attitude while seeking employment. In 2019 Ms. Nompumelelo Mcira applied for 2 advertised posts at Ekurhuleni East TVET College (Examination & Assessment and Curriculum Support Clerk) through the grace of God, she was permanently appointed as Curriculum Support Clerk at the College.
