The Marketing and Advancement Communication in Education (MACE) Excellence Awards takes place annually to recognize and celebrates excellence and the achievements of specialists and practitioners in Marketing, Communication and Advancement in the Higher Education Sector.
There couldn’t be a better moment than today, as the Principal of the College, I am honoured to announce to the public that Ekurhuleni East TVET College’s Marketing and Communications Department has been recognized for the quality and standard of work that they produce for our Institution. This year 163 entries were evaluated with 109 awarded to 11 institutions and our College managed to receive a Bronze Excellence Award in a category of Student Recruitment Campaigns (Social Media Recruitment and Students Online Testimonials). It must be mentioned that we are the only TVET College that was recognized amongst all Colleges and Universities in South Africa.
