Ms. A Soorajpal – As we kick start the year 2021, we are reminded of the words of inspirational from a very tenacious woman Ms. Soorajpal who said “TVET Education is an integral part of South African Education and has an impact on the lives of young adults in providing them with the Vocational Skills to contribute to the local economy and to support their families”.
Being appointed as Campus Manager is a career achievement of 23 years of active participation in the TVET space. Her experience within Ekurhuleni East TVET College has begun as a Lecturer in the Business Studies, followed by the appointments in Student Support Services, Examinations and later at the Human Resource Department. The wealth of knowledge and experiences she has gained in the different roles have given her the opportunity to grow within the TVET space to reach her current role of Campus Manager.
