The Ekurhuleni East TVET College had a monitoring visit at the Kwa-Thema campus. The visit was conducted by the regional office led by the acting regional manager Mr. Mashele. The College delegation was led by the College Principal Ms. Happy Sibande.
Among other things the monitoring was looking at the process of Application and Registration and how it speaks to the SOPs. The delegation did a walkabout in all the registration stations, it was found that the majority of the stations do understand the process and procedures of registration. However, there were areas where the delegation felt that there should be improvements.
The regional manager commended the College for their seamless online application and that the classes had already commenced as per the management plan of DHET.
